Serurier asks Feltre to grant a leave of two months to Monsieur Folliart, the Chief Pharmacist of the Imperial Hotel of the disabled soldiers saying `This Chief is in extremely poor health and needs the grace he asks for to get to Paris. He consulted with the health officers of the Hotel des Invalides and took every precaution so that the service for which he was responsible will not suffer at all during his absence´ With blank integral leaf.
