1. Letter from Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Herzog to Rabbi Yitzchak Domnitz, Shochet in Derry, Ireland, discussing various Torah subjects.

2. Another letter from Rabbi Herzog to Rabbi Domnitz, Shochet in Derry, Ireland. ‘I rush to inform you that I did not sell the chametz of the Derry community at all ... your letter, addressed to the synagogue was handed to me today ... and I am informing you in brief what to do. Rice and other kitnios can be kept, but as far as the sack of flour is concerned you must enquire from the experts ... but one must certainly sell all types of chametz [before Pesach]. Spirits and beer certainly must be destroyed, as real chametz...’. Belfast, Chol Hamoed Pesach 1919.

3. English letter from Rabbi Herzog to Neville Laski regarding urgent intervention with the Russian authorities for the release of Rabbi Avraham Rapaport of Minsk. Dublin 1937.
