Early fine edition of Sefer Maginei Eretz, containing the Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim with Turei Zahab and Magen Avraham, with Pri Chadash and the first edition of Even HaOzer. Proops Press - Amsterdam, 1754. See: Stefansky Yesod 167. [3], 336, [6] leaves. In the National Library, the book appears in the Rare Book Collection.

The 4 pages that do not stand from the middle of the book, are bound at the end.

Two title pages, the first a wood-engraved illustration of the four shepherds: Moshe, Aharon, Yosef and David, each one of them wearing one of the four crowns of Torah, Kehuna etc. A copy with wide margins. Partly detached binding. Spine and front board almost completely detached. Many restorations, to the title pages too. Wear and much use. Moth damage and perforations. Stains. Fair overall condition.

On the margins of the leaves, comments and glosses in ancient Ashkenazic script, indicating the copy was studied with great diligence. On the title page, ancient ownership notations that have not been thoroughly examined. See pictures.
