D.S., Elizabeth R, as Queen, at the head, and Philip, as Grand Master, at the foot, one page, large folio, Court at Saint James«s, 15th June 1895. The printed document grants the dignity of an Ordinary Dame Commander of the Civil Division of the Order of the British Empire to Alison, Mrs Munro, CBE. With blind embossed seal.
