VISCONTI LUCHINO: (1906-1976) Italian theatre, opera and film Director. One of the leading figures of Italian neorealism. Best remembered for his films The Leopard (1963) and Death in Venice (1971). Unusual A.N.S. `Luchino Visconti´, one page, 4to, 11th January 1961, in French. Visconti states `Dommage qu´elle soit une p.´, most probably referring to a "p[ute]" or "p[utain]", ("Pity that she is a b.[itch]") VG
