The shochet and bedikah controversy in Sângeorgiu - Halacha L'Moshe, by the Av Beit Din of Klausenburg, Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Glazner, who advocates permitting the consumption of the slaughtering of the shochet in Sângeorgiu. Kolozsvar, 1912.
In the year 1910 a sharp controversy arose regarding the shochet of Sângeorgiu, the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Freund of Naszad forbade eating from the shochet's slaughtering, who was a famous shochet of the Vizhnitz dynasty. In this book before us, Rabbi Moshe Shmuel writes in a halachic discussion in defense of the shochet of Sângeorgiu.
In the course of this polemic, the pamphlets 'Mishpat L'ashukim' and 'Milchemet Chovah' were also published.

בשנת תר"ע התעוררה מחלוקת חריפה לגבי השוחט מסענזשארץ, הגאון רבי אברהם יהושע פריינד מנאסד אסר לאכול משחיטת השוחט, אשר היה שו"ב מפורסם מיוחס לשושלת ויז'ניץ. בספר זה שלפנינו כותב רבי משה שמואל במו"מ של הלכה להגנת השו"ב מסענזשארץ.
בוך פולמוס זה נדפסו גם הקונטרסים 'משפט לעשוקים' ו'מלחמת חובה'.
