Lemberg, Salat Press. Only edition, printed from the author's own manuscript. Extremely rare.
With important approbations from Rabbi Yosef Shaul Nathanson and Rabbi Eliyahu Harushovsky, av beit din of Drohobych. The book opens with a lengthy foreword by the author's son, Rabbi Shlomo. Short prayer composed by Rabbi Yeshayahu printed at the end of the introduction.
