Collection of [7] pocket editions published by the IDF cultural services. Israel, 1949

In 1949, the cultural services of the IDF published occasional pocket-sized booklets [illustrated or reproduced] to encourage the soldiers, give them information about their country, and tell them about the future of the soldiers as citizens in the new State of Israel.
The booklets were pocket-sized, 11 cm., and were thin and light and easy to carry. They were titled according to their subject: fear in battle; speed [psychological lecture for the analytical driver]; exodus from Europe, ingathering of the exiles, and more. This is an interesting, rare collection of seven of these pocket-sized booklets.
