Oil on wood. Very finely executed small painting. Depiction of a wayside cross with resting peasant woman and bushes. In the background alpine peaks. Signed lower right. Inscribed on the reverse "Wachsenstein auf dem Wege Garmisch- Badersee". Circa 1900. framed. Good condition, corresponding to the age. Overall dimensions H. 28cm, w. 20cm.

Öl auf Holz. Sehr fein ausgeführtes kleines Gemälde. Darstellung eines Wegkreuzes mit rastender Bäuerin und Sträuchern. Im Hintergrund Alpengipfel. Unten rechts signiert. Rückseitig bez. "Wachsenstein auf dem Wege Garmisch- Badersee". Um 1900. Gerahmt. Guter, dem Alter entsprechender Zustand. Gesamtmaße H. 28cm, B. 20cm.
