Oil on canvas, very fine brushwork as well as a pleasing color scheme. Depiction of resting farmers with goat on the way from Landeck to Imst, in Tyrol in the Inn Valley. this information can be found on the back of the stretcher, the painting is from the time around 1862, signed and dated lower left. Original framing from the time with signs of age of the time. Total h. 60cm, w. 71.5cm

Darstellung von rastenden Bauern mit Ziege auf dem Weg von Landeck nach Imst, in Tirol im Inntal. diese Angaben sind rückseitig auf dem Keilrahmen zu finden, das Gemälde ist aus der Zeit um 1862, links unten signiert und datiert.
