Konrad Hochkirchen, born on December 21, 1913 in Weiss near Koln, was made available to me by his unit, II/236, as a clerk at my office after the end of the fighting in Norway...
During his almost two-year activity at my office, he played an essential part in the implementation and securing of important wartime tasks in the above-mentioned section and was awarded the War Merit Cross II. KL by me for this. without swords, which was awarded to him on Sept. 22, 1941.
