קונטרס ישב מצרף, בעניין הנולדים מנישואי תערובת וגט שנעשה עפ"י חוקי המדינה ובדבר התועלת בהקמת ספר הנולדים בכשרות ע"י רב קהילה, מאת רבי מרדכי וינקלר אב"ד ברעזאווא בעל "לבושי מרדכי", ונספח אליו קונטרס וכתורה הזאת בנושאים אלו מאת רבי ישעי' זילברשטיין אב"ד וואיטצען, תר"ס. מהדורה יחידה.
בראש הספר מכתב מאת רב ישעי’ זילבערשטיין אל ר’ דוד צבי קאטצבורג המוציא לאור ועורך "תל תלפיות", שערך את הספר. במכתב נכתב "בימי קדם לא היה צורך לדבר בדינים אלה, כי מקרה כזה היה מעט המציאות... ולא היה הכרח לחבר בזה חיבור מיוחד".
