המהדורה הראשונה בה נדפס הספר 'קול יעקב' עם פנים השלחן ערוך כתבנית ה'כף החיים'.
עם הסכמת ר’ יעקב שאול אלישר מן ההוצאה הראשונה, ירושלם תרס"ד, שיצאה בלא פנים השולחן ערוך. הסכמות חדשות: ר’ חיים ברלין, ר’ יעקב דוד רידב"ז, ר’ יוסף חיים זאננענפעלד.
חתימת בעלות בכת"י רבי אברהם חיים בערנשטיין - אב בית הדין הרבני בלספז, מחוז יאסי ברומניה. עלה לארץ והיה חבר בבית דינו של מרן הראי"ה קוק.
מספר הגהות בכתב יד לא נודע למי.
