Letter by Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin, Gabbai of the Admor HaRaYZ, to Rabbi Chanoch Hendl Havlin - 1939.
Letter with especially interesting content, typewritten, by the Gabbai of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneerson zt "l, Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin zt" l. Signature of Rabbi Feigin on the margins of the letter. He was sent to Rabbi Chanoch Hendl Havlin, one of the most prominent Chabad Chassidim in the Land of Israel.
In the letter is mentioned Rabbi Yisrael Jacobson (1896-1975), one of the most prominent Hasidic leaders in the United States, was the head of the Agudas Chassidei Chabad organization and one of the founders of the Chabad court in the United States, Rabbi Nahum Shmaryahu Shonkin (known as "Shmerl Batomar" - about 1885) was a rabbi in Batum and then as an influence in Jerusalem.
The Rebbe Rayatz lived in Otwock at the time, following the doctors' instructions.
