State Silver Medallion - Pidyon Haben, 1982.
Obverse:
The cup of Bei`s HaMikdash and five pomegranates against "Chameshet HaShkalim BeShekel HaKodesh." These symbols appeared on the ancient Jewish shekels. Around it, decoration based on the "Shivat HaMinim".
Reverse:
The verse in Hebrew: "Pduyo MiBen ChaDash Tifde Be`Erkam Kesef ChaMeshet Shkalim BeShekel HaKodesh" (BaMidbar) 18:16. And the inscription "Pidyon Haben Medallion" in English.
Scope:
State emblem and the words "State of Israel" in Hebrew and English. "Silver 935" and in English "Silver".
