בדף המגן זה הספר של .. המופלג בתורה כ"ה בריש שייאר ממיינץ [כנראה ממשפחת רבי אברהם נפתלי הירץ שייארהתורי זהב על שה"ש].
בשער רישום "הספר שייך להקצין המפורסם בתורה כ'ה... שייאר?"
בדפי הספר שלוש הגהות ארוכות במיוחד, בכתב יד. ההגהות לא פוענחו. אך ניכר מבין השיטין שהכותב היה תלמיד חכם ומופלג.
