המחבר מרבני הונגריה ניצל מהשואה, התגורר בבני ברק והיה רבה של שכון ה'. נודע כמחבר הספר 'אוצר הרבנים'. בסימן ט יש היתר לסגור ברז ראשי של מערכת גז ביום טוב, שגורם אחר כמה דקות לכיבוי הגז. וכמה רבנים ופוסקים יצאו בגילוי דעת נגד היתר זה.
מצב טוב מאד.
