Sold worldwide for thousands of dollars. Bound in leather.
434 pp. + appendices 202 pp. + index. 34X23 cm. Cover worn, torn at the spine, detached from the inside, with tape repairs on the spine. The book's pages are in good overall condition with light wear, the first two pages (before the title page) with tears.
