Two postcards from Avraham Soskin's Studio - 1920s
Two postcards signed in relief "Photographer, Avraham Soskin, Tel Aviv-Yafo".
On the first postcard there is a portrait, possibly of the poet Yitzhak Katzenelson who was murdered in Auschwitz in 1944. Katzenelson visited Israel in 1925, so it is possible that he was photographed at Soskin's. On the back of the postcard is written: "Winter in Tel Aviv 1930".
The second postcard shows a woman in a costume. On the back of the postcard there is a short letter in Russian, which reads, among other things: "Remember, not all that glitters is gold", the postcard is signed "Tel Aviv 1923".
13.5X8 cm. Good condition.
