Scroll, parchment-like paper, dated 14 December 1967 indicating the laying of the cornerstone for the building of the new central station in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
From the scroll: "To be a home that is a center for travelers throughout the State of Israel in all its borders, to promote commercial, economic and cultural life, to improve the southern area of the city of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, to develop a road and traffic network.
