A book by Clara Malraux (born Goldschmidt), a French writer of Jewish origin who fought in the Resistance in World War II. Malraux spent some time in Kibbutz Ein Horesh in Israel, after which she wrote the book "The Civilization of the Kibbutz" (1964). This book here is a numbered first edition of 756 copies, this is copy number 345. On the first page of the book there is a dedication by the author and her signature. Featuring beautiful illustrations by Austrian artist May Néama.
French, 82 pp., 26x20 cm. Good overall condition: cover with several tears and stains.
