"Tel Aviv Views", Avraham Soskin. Berlin 1926.
70 photographs by Soskin of of Tel Aviv taken between 1908 (the founding assembly of Tel Aviv) and until 1926, when the city was already built. At the beginning of the album are the emblem of the Tel Aviv Municipality and the photos of the city's founders and first mayor Meir Dizengoff; At the end of the book there are two maps, the first of "Ahuzat Bait" from 1909 and the second of Tel Aviv "General Plan". Bound in leather, with drawstring, gilt letters on cover. On the inside cover is a document from the Tel Aviv municipality from 1929: a letter of appreciation to city resident Nehama Sirovsky for her service to the city.
Hebrew, English and German, 81 pages, 23X17 cm. Good general condition: tears in cover, first page partially detached.
