Sefer Imrei Binah of Rabbi Zvi Hirsh Chajes bound with Minchas Kanaos.
This Sefer Imrei Binah is a compilation of Shalos Uteshuvos authored by Rabbi Zvi Hirsh Chajes. It was printed in 1849 by Rabbi Shaul Dov Meir Haffer in Zolkva.
It is bound with an article named "Minchas Kanaos, " which was a statement against the meeting of the reform rabbis that took place in Braunschweig and Frankfurt between 1844 and 1845.
Rabbi Zvi Hirsh was a renowned scholar known for his extensive commentary on all of Shas.
As one of the geonim of Ashkenaz and Galicia and the Rabbi of Zolkva and Kalish, he used his influence to oppose the Reform Movement vehemently. He was closely associated with the Chasam Sofer in the fight for Torah against evil.
