A “general – private” letter from C”K Admor of Lubavitch OBM, with his signature and an additional handwritten word – Shvat, 1969.
The letter was sent to “the honorable participants of the Hisva’adus of the Chag Hage’ulah, the 19th of Kislev, in the central Shul in Kiryat Shalom”.
