Receipt from Yeshiva Eitz Chaim, With the Signatures of the Gedolim of the Next Generation, During Their Time as Students There.
Four receipts, made out to the geniuses of Yeshiva Eitz Chaim during 1941-1953, signed by Maran Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer and the Gaon Rabbi Zalman Zleznik, Rosh Yeshiva Eitz Chaim.
The students went on to become some of the real Gedolim of the generation: the
Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Auerbach, Rosh Yeshiva Ma’a lot HaTorah and father of countless Bnei Torah; the
Gaon Rabbi Chaim Yaakov Goldwicht, Rosh Yeshiva Kerem BeYavnaeh; the Gaon
Rabbi Shalom Eisen of Jerusalem. Signing the receipts are the donors: Rabbi Zalman Zleznik and one with the signature of Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer. In addition, the young Geonim, Rabbi Auerbach, Rabbi Goldwicht, and Rabbi Eisen, who received the support, are also signed.
