Siddur “Seder Hatefillah”, Ashkenaz. With the Approbation of the Noda Bi’yehuda
Siddur “Seder Hatefilah”, Ashkenaz Nussach – Prague, 1784 – highly invested edition in regards to preciseness and Halacha – edition printed with a fiery approbation by the “Noda BiYehuda” – extremely rare Siddur – not seen at auctions.
This edition was printed with a long approbation from the “Noda BiYehuda”, where he extolls this edition at length, both regarding the exactness of the text as well as the Halachot printed within. Regarding the Halachot and those who authored them he writes: “Being that they are exalted in Torah, they placed rulings based on the Shulchan Aruch and the Achronim whicc pertain to prayers, each in its proper place, and all in a handsome print… and nice paper…”
Incomplete exemplar.
