The title page lists the year of printing, 1939, using Gimatria of marked letters from the Passuk “If war shall come into your land against the oppressor who oppresses you”.
Stamp of 'Aumônerie Militaire’ – Military Chaplaincy, with the region – Algeria. This indicates this Siddur was used by Jewish soldiers who served on the Algiers front.
