Set of the Nodah BiYehuda Shut [Mahadura Kama] and Noday BiYehuda Mahadura Tanyana, first edition. Pedigreed copies, in one of them, the signature of the Maharam Esh. Prague, 1776-1811. Rare editions that were published in the author's lifetime.

[2], 86, [9]; [1], 157 leaves, 31 cm. Title page for each of the sections. Several handwritten scholarly glosses, signed by Rabbi "Aharon". Rare.
Signature and owner's notation by Rabbi Mordechai ben Rabbi Hirsch Neustadt of Oiben adn Prague, Prague [1786], writing that the Sefer belongs to a disciple of the Nodah BiYehuda, Rabbi David Neustadt of Prague. With an additional signature on the title page.
* Mahadura Tanyana, I-II, Orach Chaim and Yoreh Deah, Even HaEzer and Choshen Mishpas Franz Sommer Press, Prague, 1810-1811. [6], 2-161, 163-170; [1]. 169. 150-159, [1] leaves. 34 cm. In this copy, leaves 156-159 are bound not in their place, after leaf 121. Titel page for each of the sections.
Many signature and ownership notations including the signature of Maran the Maharam Esh Rabbi Meir Eisenstadt and many signatures and notations by Rabbi Pinchas Klein of Liska, the uncle of the holy Rav the author of Ach Pri Tevuah.
Rabbi Pinchas ben Rabbi Gershon Avraham Klein (passed away in 1840) a sharp Talmid Chacham and scribe in Liska. His name appears in the list of subscribers of the Sefer Ohel David (1835) alongside Rabbi Menachem Esh, the son of the Maharam Esh. The brother-in-law of Rabbi Pinchas Klein, Rabbi Yitzchak Hacohen Lefkowitz, was the in-law of the holy Rav the author of Ach Pri Tevu'ah of Liska.
Rabbi Meir Eisenstadt, the Maharam Esh (1780-1852) Rosh Yeshiva, Posek, one of the greatest rabbis and leaders of Orthodox Jewry in Hungary. Was one of the first disciples of the Chasam Sofer in Mattersdorf and Pressburg. Served as Av Beis Din of Baja and Ungvar.
Worn bindings, partly detached, stains, some moth damage and folded corners of leaves in one of the volumes, [4] leaves bound not in their place, fair-good condition.
