Protocols Signed by the Pnei Menachem of Ger

Protocols of the founding conference of the "Torah VeYahadus LaAm' organization of Agudas Yisroel, which was held in Cheshvan 1977, signed by the chairman of the organization the holy Rav the Pnei Menachem of Ger.

Two identical protocols, about the establishment of the Ottoman Association, its goals and the distribution on Torah, giving lessons, and many additional technical details.
