Rabbi Shmuel Yitzchak ben Rabbi Moshe Chai Yonoson Finzi - one of the sages of Ferrara, Italy. The son-in-law of Rabbi Yaakov Chai Recanati and a disciple of Rabbi Chananel Chai Nifi. In 1843, wrote a poem in honor of the Shadar from Tiberius Rabbi She'altiel Ninio. Prepared the Psakim of his in-law for printing in the compilation "Piskei Dinim Beseder Araba'ah Turim" (Ferrara 1816). Left a manuscript of his Sefer "Pidyon Bechor".
Fold marks, aging stains, a perforation to the lower part of the leaf not affecting the text.
