Rare! Misgeres HaShulchan on Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat, authored by Rabbi Ze'ev Wolf of Pintshov, First Edition, Berlin, 1713.
On the title page, old ownership signatures: "חנני אלוקים בזה הספר הק' שמעון נ"ר טו שבט תק"ל פה קרלוסרוהא" and an additional ownership notation.
At the end of the book there is a copying from a ledger of the committee of the 4 countries on the laws of Borchim ("In the countries of Ashkenaz it is called Ba'al Pleitah" - debtors who refuse to pay their debt.
The book was published with the approbations of Gedolei Hador Rabbi Naftali Katz of Frankfurt author of Semichas Chachamim, Rabbi Gavriel Esskeles Av Beis Din of Nikolsburg and more.
