Verdict about division of inheritance, hand written by the Dayan Rabbi Shamuel Tzvi Hirsh Stern-Shus, Ungvar (Uzhhorod) 1845. With hand written additions by the Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Gancfried.
Verdict of inheritance of Rabbi Avraham HaKohen by his son Rabbi Yehuda, and defines the duty of his son to repay the Kessuba of the widow and debts to his brother-in-law Shamuel and for the son of the deceased brother Chaim Hirsch, to repay small debts to the people of the city "ושאר חובות שעל אביו המנוח הנ"ל כאשר יבואר בכתבים עליו לפצות במה דאפשר בכדי שיסר מהם תלונותם על אביו המנוח הנ"ל". Ungvar (Uzhhorod) 1845.

[1] page, 21 cm. The manuscript was identified as that of the Dayan of Ungvar Rabbi Shamuel Tzvi Sternhouse. The same as the manuscripts brought in the sefer 'אישים בתשובת החת"ס' (people in the responses of the Chatam Sofer) page 397. On the back of the page is hand written listings which is identified as the handwriting of the author of 'Kitzur Shulchon Aruch' Rabbbi Shlomo Gancfried.

Rabbi shamuel Tzvi Hirsh Stern-Shus, Dayan and Rav of Ungvar community. Was cited as dayan of Ungvar from 1826 until his passing of 1848. He discussed Halacha with Moron 'Chatam Sofer', and wrote to him responses brought in shut 'Chatam Sofer'.

Folding marks, one word erased. Good condition.
