Silver Kiddush goblet made from the holy coin for protection, by the holy gaon Rabbi Mordechai Leib Winkler, author of 'Levushei Mordechai' Rav of Mád.
Genuine silver Kiddush goblet, set in the bottom center holy coin given by the holy gaon Rabbi Mordechai Leib Winkler, author of 'Levushei Mordechai' Rav of Mád, as a protection and for great success.
108 gram of silver coin, issued in the year 1782 to mark the gathering of estates in Galicia, the coin had the image of Joseph II the Holy Roman Emperor from August 1765 and sole ruler of the Habsburg lands from November 1780 until his death in 1790.
Engraved at the bottom of the goblet around the coin are the words
'Mordechai Leib'.

Rabbi Mordechai Leib ben Rabbi Naftali Wikler (1845-1932). Disciple of the 'Ketav Sofer' in the Yeshiva of Pressburg. Served as Rav and Rosh Yeshiva in the city of Mád in Hungary. Author of Shut 'Levushei Mordechai' and other sefarim. He was one of the greatest Poskim in Hungary and in his generation. Among his many famous disciples were great Rabbanim, Rabbi Mordechai of Brisk author of Shut MaHaram Brisk' and Rabbi David Yehuda Zilberstein Rav of Veitzen.
