Collection of 11 Issues of the Quarterly Magazine "Eye Glasses" published by The Museum of Israel, early 1990s, published by the museum's youth department. In good-very good conditions: light wear and tear mainly to the cover edges. *Eyeglasses is a multi-themed journal for culturer published by the museum of Israel between the years 1987 to 2001. Its founder in the year 1987 and its editor during the first 9 years was Tamir Rauner. In the first two years to its appearance "Eyeglasses" was a joint project of the youth department of the Museum of Israel and the weekly magazine "Main Headline". Following the closing of "Main Headline" and starting with issue 6 of "Eyeglasses" the newspaper "Yediot Aharonot" replaced "Main Headline" as the publishing partner. From its very beginning "Eyeglasses" was, in its "unorthodox" literal visual approach a new phenomenon in the Israeli journals landscape.
