Figure of Buddha standing on a stepped base, with hands joined in anjali mudra in a gesture of veneration and spiritual contemplation. The figure wears a monastic robe richly ornamented with engraved floral and geometric motifs that cover the surface with extraordinary decorative detail. The oval face displays a serene expression, almond-shaped eyes, and a slight smile, while the hair is arranged in small, regular curls topped with an ushnisha. The vertical composition and stylized elegance reflect the sculptural tradition of the Ratanakosin Kingdom, heir to Thai courtly refinement. The uniform gilding and delicate ornamental work give the image an intense ceremonial and devotional presence, reflecting the continuity of Southeast Asian Buddhist aesthetics in modern times. 61 cm in height.
