Salvator Mundi. Colonial School. 18th Century. - Oil on panel. Measures 35 × 28 cm. Christ blessing with his right hand and holding the globe in his left. His serene expression and long hair are framed by a Flemish-inspired golden halo of stars. The dark background highlights the figure. The meticulous technique and panel format indicate a colonial origin, possibly from the Viceroyalty of Peru or Upper Peru. The influence of European engravings and its devotional character link it to religious domestic art produced in local workshops during the 18th century.
