Exceptional seated Virgin "Sedes Sapientae" with the Child Jesus, Northern Catalonia, XIII century
Very important polychrome wood carving with the Child Jesus sitting on his lap and holding the globe of the world. It retains much of its original polychromy, most likely from northern Catalonia. Measurements: 53 x 24 (not counting built-in base)
