Important Vánitas, Circle of Andrés de Leito, Spanish school of the 17th century
Signed with anagram. Measurements: 108 x 69 cm. Born in Segovia or Madrid, between 1656 and 1663. Spanish painter. His biography and his pictorial training are still unknown, except for a will signed on July 11, 1663 when he fell ill. He specialized in paintings of vanitas and kitchen scenes with figures, in a style very similar to that of Mateo Cerezo and Antonio de Pereda, his contemporaries.
