Denis Paul Noyer (French, born 1940) a truly multi-faceted artist, he captures a wide range of subject matter, ranging from Mediterranean and Tuscan landscapes to figurative work. He is well known for capturing the quirky, almost surreal grace of the Art Deco Era.
