The ancient synagogue in Egypt "Ben Ezra" 1973
בית הכנסת בן עזרא הנקרא גם בית כנסת הגניזה, הוא בית כנסת המצוי ברובע הקופטי שבפוסטאט, בעיר קהיר שבמצרים, ובו נמצאה הגניזה הקהירית
על פי המסורת המקומית, בית הכנסת נבנה במקום שבו נמצא משה רבנו כתינוק. בית הכנסת נקרא במקור "בית הכנסת של אנשי ישראל". מאוחר יותר נודע בשם "בית הכנסת של אליהו הנביא", ואחר כך בית הכנסת "בן עזרא". רבי משה בן מימון, הרמב"ם, התפלל בבית כנסת זה, ולכן הוא גם נקרא לעיתים בשם בית הכנסת הרמב"ם
