Presents ladder links with chiseled floral motifs in 18K yellow gold, with a hidden clock under an enamel-decorated lid and letter set with diamonds. With a snake-shaped border with enamel and a Dutch cut diamond. Mechanism with key and signed on the back of the machinery 'Terand & Ranier' and numbered.
