The four-petal flower-shaped ring in 18k white gold with a central round faceted blue topaz, weighing 2.21 ct, set in angular claws. The undulating outline of the leaves, highlighted by a fine gadrooned bezel, is covered with brilliant-cut and grané-set diamonds.
