Lacquered wooden box "Dragon", Qing dynasty.
The box has a circular shape with a lid. is made of carved wood and lacquered in black with paintings made with red and white pigments. In the center of the lid is a large flying dragon with five claws, chasing a flaming pearl, surrounded by clouds and a geometric border. decorated with two borders. The one that occupies the edges is composed of simple scrolls and the one in the wide part represents flowers with leaves, auspicious characters and spirals.
