set with 21 natural sapphires, 36 baguette cut diamonds with the approximate total weight of 2 ct, 78 colourless brilliant cut diamonds with the approximate total weight of 5 ct. and 22 fancy yellow colour diamonds with the approximate total weight of 4 ct. in which the largest has the approximate weight of 0.70 ct.
