One of the most sought after works of the Escalabitan bibliography, whose author (1676-1747), born in Santarém, was a regular canon of the congregation of St. John the Baptist. The collation of each volume is as follows: I - [56], 435 p.; II - [16], 504 p. Frontispices printed in black and red; the half-title page of the second volume, apparently, was never printed. A specimen slightly cropped but clean, with the exception of very minor stains on the title page of the second part.
