WORLD LEADERS: An oblong 8vo page removed from an autograph album individually signed by four political leaders comprising Charles De Gaulle (1890-1970, French General and statesman who led the Free French Forces during World War II. President of the French Republic 1959-69), Jan Smuts (1870-1950, South African Prime Minister 1919-24, 1939-48. Smuts served in the field during the Boer War and later as a British Field Marshal during World War II), Eamon de Valera (1882-1975, Taoiseach of Ireland 1932-37, as President of the Executive Council, 1937-48, 1951-54 & 1957-59. President of Ireland 1959-73; an unusual example signed in Irish Gaelic) and Alexander Kerensky (1881-1970, Russian Revolutionary and Prime Minister, 1917). All have signed with their names alone in fountain pen inks. An unusual grouping of signatures. Some extremely light age wear and a minor, very small tear to the upper edge, not affecting the signatures, otherwise VG
