KALTENBRUNNER ERNST: (1903-1946) Austrian SS-Obergruppenfuhrer, Director of the Reich Security Main Office 1943-45 and President of Interpol 1943-45. Fountain pen ink signature ('E Kaltenbrunner') on a small slim oblong 12mo piece, with typed rank as SS-Gruppenfuhrer beneath, evidently neatly clipped from the conclusion of a letter or document. Lightly mounted to the base of an A4 sheet of paper featuring a colour reproduction image of Kaltenbrunner in a head and shoulders pose wearing his uniform. VG
