The card bears the printed heading “Albino Luciani - Patriarca di Venezia'', and beneath the printed text “Ricambia vivamente l´augurio di Buona Pasqua con benedicente salute” (“Warmly reciprocating the wishes for a Happy Easter with health blessing”) Signed at the base by John Paul I, in bold blue ink and in his capacity as Patriarch of Venice, a post he occupied from 1969-78.
