JOACHIM JOSEPH: (1831-1907) Hungarian violinist, conductor and composer. A very fine vintage signed sepia cabinet photograph, the image depicting Joachim in a semi-profile head and shoulders pose. Photograph by Guigoni & Bossi of Milan and bearing their imprint to the lower mount and verso. Signed (‘Joseph Joachim’) in bold fountain pen ink to a clear area at the head of the image and dated Hamburg, 1st February 1901, in his hand to the lower photographer’s mount. About EX
