circulare shape base with pear shape body with family crest, gadrooned moulding around the lid and foot, domed lid and wooden handle. Fully hallmarked with marks London 1769-1770, silversmith William Grundy (Ref. Jackson's page 57, Grimwade page 222 nr 3147). Base diameter 10.7 cm, height 25 cm. Weight 777 gr. Item condition grading: **** good.
